Clean room, but missing bathtub stopper.

Shopping hotel with very friendly and superbly friendly staff on their customer service. Magnificent and favourable setting, not far from many conveniences and Paris, Arkansas and the square.

Its location was quiet, in the middle of jackson.

Wi-Fi was solid, but the no pet policy was disappointing for my travels.

Everything was great, MARVELLOUS location really close to many conveniences and the square and Paris, Arkansas, accommodating staff. My clean and absolutely perfect room included exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, television and a microwave. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with bathtubs.

the hotel is conveniently close to Eiffel Tower Park, just almost 2 km away, making morning strolls through beautiful green spaces easy, and the Logan County Courthouse is less than a 5-minute walk, perfect for those who enjoy discovering local architecture while wandering around.

The exterior of the hotel was neat and well kept.

Upon arrival, the air conditioning wasn't on in my room. I found food crumbs under the cushions of the loveseat and leftover trash in the dresser. There was a lack of basic amenities, such as a coffee maker and no continental breakfast offered .

The room was 97° upon arrival, but the a/c was off like they don't care about their guests. I found crumbs under the loveseat- tacky. I almost thought of leaving a good review until there was zero upgrade or complimentary treat to. Just disappointing.

Our family loved the spacious rooms that accommodated us perfectly. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and parks. The staff was attentive, helping us with everything we needed.

The breakfast options were limited, which left us wanting more variety each morning.

The kitchenette, though lacking cooking pots, was convenient for snacks. The location was perfect, close to shopping and dining options. The only downside was the missing bathtub stopper, which caused an unfortunate slip.

The large double room with extra bed provided a comfortable setting, with two decent queen beds and a kitchenette that proved useful. Though it was well positioned for easy access, the firm beds might not suit everyone's preference. Little things, like the ice machine and given wipe down towel for my motorcycle, added a personal touch, although unexpected cleanliness issues with crumbs under the loveseat left something to be desired.

My room was a Large Single Room with all the comforts I needed! It had a fridge to keep my snacks fresh and an ice machine just down the hall for quick treats. Plus, parking my motorcycle right outside made everything super convenient!
